Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to the address.
If the address is incorrect, we recommend placing a new order with the correct address and awaiting the return and refund of the original order.
Typically, the parcel is returned to us within 3-5 weeks, at which point we will issue a refund for the order.
